Agree the work.
Know what is included before cleaning begins. We discuss the selected services, access and visible concerns, rather than treating every window as the same job.
Changes to scope should be discussed with you, not quietly added.
Protect the room.
A clear working area, suitable surface protection and controlled water help keep the focus on the glass—not the furniture and flooring around it.
Please flag fragile items, special finishes, window film and access concerns before the visit.
Respect the materials.
The cleaning method follows the surface and its care instructions. Fragile screens, stuck fittings and unsuitable access call for a conversation, not force.
Routine cleaning does not repair damaged glass, failed seals or worn hardware.

The finish includes checking the glass and surrounding work area, removing work-generated moisture and debris, and checking screens that have been removed and refitted.

Common questions
Can I request inside and outside cleaning?
Yes—the core service covers both interior and exterior residential glass. Your quote will confirm the exact windows and safe access.
What about second-story or hard-to-reach windows?
Access is assessed before any work is agreed. High ladders and roof access are outside the service scope. High or inaccessible interior glass is excluded. Not every window can be safely reached.
Are screens and tracks included?
Request them with your glass cleaning; your quote confirms the inclusions. Screen cleaning is limited to compatible, safely removable screens. Track care covers accessible loose debris and a light wipe, not deep restoration or repairs.
Can you clean glass railings or pool fencing?
These can be considered where the surface is compatible and both sides are safely accessible. Coatings, surrounding materials and runoff need assessment before inclusion in your quote.
Will cleaning remove hard-water marks or paint?
Routine glass cleaning is not a promise to remove mineral deposits, paint, adhesive, etching or other special stains. Restoration, paint or adhesive removal, and scratch or seal repairs are outside the service scope.
Do I need to be home or prepare anything?
Interior work requires agreed entry and a cleared work area. Discuss valuables, furnishings, screens, locked gates and pets first; don’t move heavy items or climb to prepare. Windows without safe, clear access are left out or rescheduled.
How are price, timing and service area decided?
Your quote depends on the windows, their condition and access. Share your location and preferred timing to check availability.
